This rosé wine Negroamaro Salento IGP, Scaloti, named after the Contrada in which are planted the vineyards of Negroamaro of about 20-30 years of age, planted as trees. It is an excellent rosé wine that we recommend in conjunction with pizza or the classical frisa of Salento.

• Taste: dry, without any unevennes, fine and agreable, light and elegant body, harmonious
